Alien Movie synop

Alien was a product of Ridley Scott, who as we've already explored was responsible for the direction of Blade Runner and Gladiator. Using H.R. Giger's artistic vision, he was able to sculpt the serial hellscape that is the Alien universe. Jam packed full of sexuality and mechanical form, the "perfect organism" is a mix between bio and machinery. Giving the sense of the unnatural and familiar to make a terrifying boogeyman.  None of this though, would be interesting without Jones, Jonesy, the number one kitty of the Nostromo. "Right."
